Serstech selected for explosives detection research program Xsense

Serstech, a leader in the micro-spectrometer based sensing market, has been selected as a partner to the Danish Xsense research project on “Miniaturized Sensors for Explosives Detection in Air”. It addresses reliability, selectivity, stability and cost in the development of a compact device for explosives detection.
To achieve these goals a number of advanced sensor technologies are combined with advanced data processing technology to provide the grounds for efficient and precise detection of particles in an environment.

The Xsense project is coordinated by DTU Nanotech Professor Anja Boisen. Xsense research is carried out with university and industrial partners; Technical University of Denmark, University of Southern Denmark, Unisensor, Serstech AB, and Oak Ridge National Lab.Visit Xsense.dk for more information.
